Week #14:  Andrea Tauai

Last Week’s Action:

• Tauai completed a spectacular year by leading HCC to third place at the NJCAA Division I Championship. It’s HCC’s best finish ever and Tauai’s second year as an all-tourney star.
• Hillsborough beat fourth seeded Iowa Western, sixth seeded Salt Lake, and 12th seeded Missouri State-West Plains, falling only to top seed and eventual winner Blinn College.
• Tauai scored 60 kills and 55 digs in the tourney, averaging 4.0 kills and 3.7 digs per set.
• For the season she hit at .372 efficiency and was Suncoast Conference Player of the Year.
