Each week of the spring and fall seasons, one player who was originally reported as a recruit by AVSR Global is named Player of the Week for an exceptional performance.

Fall Week #11: Ani Bozdeva

Last Week:

• Bozdeva powered Eastern Arizona to a district championship and a bid to next week’s NJCAA national finals tournament.
• EAC defeated Yavapai College 3-2 in the District B title match.
• Bozdeva and EAC are on a 19-2 run entering the national tourney.
• This is the Gila Monsters’ first year in the NJCAA finals since 2011.
• Bozdeva played for Bulgaria’s national team at the Under-20 World Championship in Mexico last summer before arriving at EAC.

Last Week:  Moor led George Washington to its third consecutive victory in the Atlantic 10 Conference. The Colonials defeated George Mason 3-1 as Moor scored 13 kills and 16 digs. She hit at .303 efficiency.
