Spring Week #5: Ani Bozdeva

Last Week:
• Bozdeva won a pair of beach matches in the Atlantic Sun league. She teamed with Ann-Katrine Hakansson to top North Alabama twice.
• Bozdeva has a 7-3 season record, competing in the No. 6 flight.
• This is Bozdeva’s first year of beach play. Indoors she’s a veteran hitter and receiver. She competed for Bulgaria’s junior national team.
• Bozdeva was an immediate, six-rotation starter for Coastal Carolina last fall after transferring from Eastern Arizona College.
• At EAC as a freshman Bozdeva powered the Gila Monsters to the junior college national championship tournament.
