Fall Week #10: Lise Alaiwan

Latest Action:

• Alaiwan controlled the middle in victories at Central Florida and South Florida. Cincinnati is now 10-2 in the American Athletic Conference.
• Alaiwan posted 11 blocks and hit at .429 efficiency in the two wins.
• This is Alaiwan’s second year as Cincinnati’s top blocker. Last year she averaged 1.5 blocks per set after transferring in from Bordeaux, France.
• Cincinnati is among the nation’s most improved teams. The Bearcats are at No. 42 in the latest rankings, 228 spots above their 2013 rank of 270.

Last Week:  Steinbach was named ACCAC Player of the Week, then added two more big performances. She hit at .421 efficiency as Eastern Arizona defeated Central Arizona and Chandler-Gilbert 3-0.
