Spring Week #4: Gabriela Nieto Gomez

6'1" Senior.
Indoor Position:  Middle Blocker.

Last Week:

• Nieto Gomez won four times in five matches, playing in the No. 5 flight for Jacksonville.
• She teamed with freshman Hanna McMahon to beat South Carolina, Texas Christian and Spring Hill twice. They fell to Alabama-Birmingham 2-1.
• As a team Jacksonville won three of the five matches. The Dolphins are 6-8 this year.
• Nieto Gomez is Jacksonville’s top middle blocker as in indoor player. She competed as a middle for Mexico’s youth and junior national teams.
