Week #16: Natali Petrova

Class of 2018 Recruit.

6'2" Outside Hitter/Receiver.

Home:  Sofia, Bulgaria.

Club:  CSKA Sofia.

Graduation:  May 2018.

Last Week:

• Petrova reached the midseason break of Bulgaria’s top women’s and junior leagues. Both of her teams rank among the national leaders.
• The 2017-18 season is Petrova’s second as a dual player, competing at both the junior and women’s levels.
• Petrova first trained with Bulgaria’s youth national team in 2014.
• Her club, CSKA Sofia, was founded in 1948 as a multi-sport branch of the military. Its initials stand for “Central Sport Club of the Army.”
• Both of Petrova’s parents competed as elite volleyball players.
