Last week’s action:
• Led top-ranked Cowley to the NJCAA Division II title. It’s Cowley’s first national championship in the team’s 36-year history.
• The left-hander dominated four tournament opponents as Cowley closed the season at 38-2. In the championship match the Tigers beat second-ranked Oakland 3-1.
• Arrived last August as Cowley’s instant, all-around star. The Tigers grabbed the No. 1 national ranking after the season’s first week and stayed on top through the end.

Last week’s action:
• Exploded for 38 kills at .461 efficiency in 3-1 road wins at Clemson and Georgia Tech. Added 20 digs and five assists. Was named Atlantic Coast Conference Player of the Week.
• Leads FSU this year with 342 kills. The Seminoles, 18-1 in the Atlantic Coast Conference, clinched the league title in a runaway, now ahead of No. 2 Miami by a three-match margin.
